International Youth Scientific Forum “SNO: Students × Science = Discoveries!” and the III International Youth Scientific Conference “AI Technologies in Science and Education”

About

We invite You to become participants of the International Youth Scientific Forum “SNO: Students × Science = Discoveries!” and to serve as speakers at the III International Youth Scientific Conference “AI Technologies in Science and Education.”

The events are aimed at providing expert and methodological support for young researchers interested in solving the challenges of the Science, Technology and Innovation Strategy using modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, as well as increasing students’ publication activity.

 

12 December 2025 – Academic Day: sessions of the Conference with oral and poster presentations.
13 December 2025 – Interactive Educational Day: lectures, workshops and discussions by leading scientists and business representatives at the Forum.

 

We invite students and early‑career scientists to join us:

  • interested in AI technologies who wish to learn how to apply AI in scientific research and education,
  • studying and applying AI and machine‑learning in scientific research,
  • wishing to apply AI and other modern tools in education,
  • wishing to increase the efficiency of SNO management.
 

Format of participation:

  • In‑person in Moscow / online.

Roles of participation:

  • Conference speaker: registration and abstract submission until 14 November inclusive;
  • Forum participant (speakers are automatically Forum participants): registration until 28 November inclusive.
 

For abstract submission and presentation on studying and applying AI technologies, participants can choose up to 2 sections:

  • Exact and Technical Sciences
  • Machine Translation
  • Natural Sciences
  • Medicine and Healthcare
  • Law, Forensic Expertise and AI Ethics
  • Finance, Management, Taxation
  • Media and Creative Industries
  • Support of Academic and Scientific Activities
  • Pedagogical Activities
  • Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy

Requirements for abstracts:
  1. Abstract length: 1–2 pages (up to 5 000 printed characters including spaces and the reference list) in DOCX format according to the template.
  2. Number of co‑authors limited to 3 (excluding the author). Information about the scientific supervisor is not required.
  3. Abstracts must reflect the relevance and novelty of the work.

Abstracts will undergo a review stage for the formation of the Conference program and for publication in the Conference proceedings with registration in RSCI.

 

Key dates:

  • Acceptance of speaker applications and abstracts for the Conference until 14 11.
  • Approval of oral and poster presentations until 21 11.
  • Abstract review stage from 14 11 to 28 11.
  • Acceptance of Forum participant applications until 28 11.
  • Publication of the Forum and Conference program – 5 12.
  • III International Youth Scientific Conference “AI Technologies in Science and Education” – 11 12.
  • International Youth Scientific Forum “SNO: Students × Science = Discoveries!” – 12 12.
